I brought my truck in with a problem that I had already diagnosed. (Leaking PS box from the pitman seal) I asked for an estimate over the phone but was told that only a tech could provide that info after their diagnosis. I’m certain that your shop has enough experience with my exact issue to give a reasonable estimate based on the info I provided. Had I known that you would quote such a high price for the fix, I would have saved myself the day you had my truck and the hour labor. I did the job myself in 3 hours and spent $12 on a seal kit.

This was by far the worst service I have ever received at any dealership. The truck was dropped off on Monday Feb 4th in the am hours. On Wednesday, Feb 6th I decided to call since I had not had any communication from my service advisor. My service advisor told me the part needed was on order and would be in the next day which was Thursday, I also asked about the recall which I was told would be handled after the initial repair. Come Tuesday the 12th I called to check status of the repair. I spoke with my advisor who told me the part had just arrived that same day. Apparently I was misinformed when it was supposed to come in the previous week. I was told the truck would be done on Wednesday the 13th. I called and the truck was not ready, it would be ready Thursday the 14th. I find this absolutely unacceptable service, the lack of communication is the worst, and the time frame over 10 days is ridiculous. I would never recommend this dealership nor bring my truck there again

I brought my car in because there was water leaking into the trunk and back seat. I was told that the leak would be fixed but the car would have to stay so that the trunk liner and seats could be dried out. I picked up the car the next day and when I got home I checked the trunk and back seat and they were just as wet as when I dropped it off.
