1. Car was at dealership almost a month, returned dirtier than was left
2. Muddy cat prints were found on center console, driver door and clumps of cat hair found on floor.
3. Cat foot prints all over hood
4. Warranty repairs were not completed, had to bring car back.
5. Robert claimed he did me a favor by warranting a repair to the back hatch that he claimed was damaged by my wife. But the repair was already pre approved? He did me no favors.
6. My wife contacted Service Manager by phone and he saw no sense of urgency with the issues. As my wife was on speaker with him, I heard the whole conversation. Which made me very angry as I could not believe the car was returned in this condition.
7. As Don did not answer his phones, a series of texts were exchanged by he and my wife. A date was arranged of 3/18 to take the car back. Don was okay with that, but I wasn’t.
8. I texted Don back and told him that it was unacceptable and he needs to figure out something sooner. He then called my wife and I answered her phone. Repeating again that what he was offering was unacceptable. He attempted to play my wife’s words against me and I was not having it. Only after being confronted by an angry husband did he offer to come pick the car up and leave a loaner. He originally told my wife just to bring it in and they would wipe it down. Now he is offering to have the interior detailed along with finishing the warranty work that should have been done. But why does it take a confrontation by an angry husband to make an attempt to relieve some of our inconvience.
9. Car was dropped off this morning, nothing from Don and piss poor customer service from Robert. I told Robert that this is not the first time we have had **** customer service from your service department. My wife has been belittled many times by your service writers over the years, hence why I take her car in for service. I told Robert that my wife and I have been buying cars from MK Smith for over 20 years, but after I get my wife’s Traverse back I will never be coming back. He did not seem to concerned, which is fine. I am actually in the market for a new Silverado, but after this experience my money will be spent at another Chevy dealership that actually values customer service. Even when we bought the 2017 Traverse we got a good deal, but when my wife had questions after the sale she left many messages for the sales lady but none are ever returned. I guess bad customer service is just not for the service department.

When i first starting taking my car for service it was great, but the last 4 times( once was a part order put on)my services was not happy because twice car inside panels weren't put on properly, another time i notice the rubber holes were motor oil goes in was loose and today i went for oil change and asked to check my cruise control, no work was done for cruise control my total was $185.00 and i was told when i take it back to get that fixed i will be charge labor for$225.00. Also I waited 30 min for my car and it had been done. I walked to were it was parked when i seen the guy getting in i just told him i would take it from here. I habe found somewhere else to go.
I never have minded the waiting necause i understand how it is to work on a car, but today was to long and the amount i paid was a waste of time and my money. I will just be taking car in for oil change from now on.

After waiting 2 hrs, went to cashier girl to see how much longer it would be and she insisted that my name wasn’t in computer and didn’t know where my car was. She was not concerned for me at all. Finally after awhile she found it. Said, oh it’s not ready like no big deal. Very disappointing. Also, my radio stopped working today and husband said when he drove it, it felt funny. Other than that... ????

The Wait time for service to be completed is to long. The problem is your garage area for service and repairs is far to small for the amount of customers you have.
