Jennifer did a great job as always. I feel the service writers have no support from service, there is a lack of management evident as there are associates walking around chatting with each other while customers sit around waiting for there vehicles. It is unacceptable to have a 2:00 PM appointment and your does not get into a service bay till 3:20 for a $70.00 oil change.

My 2018 3500 Silverado Duramax has a recall for reprogramming the fuel injection. Rene told me it would be covered under the base warranty only and since I had 64,000 miles on my truck the recall could not be performed. Another Chevy dealer advised me that the recall should be performed at no cost!! Can you advise if the recall can be performed at no cost.

I had MK Smith Chevrolet replace my trucks complete tailgate and parts 5 yrs & 8 months ago. The handle and lock didn’t work right from day one. I had to jiggle the lock and handle to open it all along but it would eventually open. My trucks is a spare vehicle so I only put about 20K miles on it during that time. Well it finally broke completely and the service advisor tells me Chevy only guarantees the handle for 12 months. I’m sorry but my tailgate and parts are only guaranteed to work for one year. Is this the quality of parts Chevy uses? I’ll keep this in mind.
