I was told I got two free oil changes when I bought the Cruze but for some reason no one knew about it.i had to tell the cashier to go check with the finance department and they finally got it straightened out .I hope when I go back for my next free oil change there are no problems like being told I need new tires already.

Very satisfied with the outcome, just got concerned with the shuttle, when the time to pick up my car was nearing 5pm. Mike Lara assured me that I will be picked up with enough time to spare. I liked the online payment system which made it easier in terms of doing the transaction. I would give Mike a 5 star rating because he did what he promised and also the shuttle service, they are good drivers that is familiar with the area.

Jason Conley was terrible to work with. He wouldn’t return my calls, causing me to have to return to the service department THREE times just to get a written quote for my insurance. Then when he finally ordered the parts, he did not look up the VIN number for my Suburban. Instead he went off my phone number and ordered parts for my Silverado. When my wife finally was able to bring in the suburban for repairs the wrong parts were there waiting for her. Now we have to wait an additional several weeks for the right parts. I am not happy with MK Smith and with take my business to Rotolo Chevrolet in the future. MK Smith has really gone done hill when it come to customer service and taking care of their local customers. When I called Jason to explain the problem his response was “I don’t work there anymore and I ordered the parts you told me to order”. No ownership or pride in employees at MK Smith.

No appointment, 2nd in line (7am), explained what I thought was a recall, set me up for shuttle, several minutes later informed me that the truck would be done shortly, offered me an electronic quick pay option, before I could complete a few easy steps, cashier had keys and secondary pay option, left and forgot my work cellphone, called them back, they had it a was waiting for me to pick it up.......BAM!
