Jennifer handled the issue well. The dealer was unable to create the no-start issue so hopefully it doesn’t happen again. The negative battery cable was replaced last time in the effort that may be causing the no-start issue but it seems there may be another unknown issue.

Second time I’ve brought my truck in for a ticking/knocking sound on cold start. Tech still couldn’t find it. I was also upset that I purposely dropped it the night before so it could’ve cold started which is when I notice it. I called at about 2:45pm for an update and they had barely started looking at it. The whole reason I brought it night before is so they could cold start in the morning and hear the noise. The service advisor stated there was some sort of mix up and tech didn’t work on it first thing. So, they never heard the sound. I was extremely upset when I found that out. Since I took truck night before I had no way to get to work so took a vacation day. Which was wasted. I’m not sure I will trust your dealership with my truck again. And since it was warranty work you can’t even offer to take something off the bill for my inconvenience. I would like to get an email from the director of service so he can explain to me how this happened. My email is

Brought my vehicle in for poor mileage issues and Jennifer didn’t even write down my comments correctly she wrote on the paper it was 26 mpg and I told her my car was only getting 18 she was very unhelpful they said they found nothing wrong with my vehicle but my car should be getting at least 30 mpg I’m very unhappy with this dealership it isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with you!
