Paul Gonzales is not after the best interest of customer. Eventhough I told him that the ‘shift to park’ problem with my Volt is under Voltec warranty as my friend had the same issue before was repaired under warranty, he still wants me to pay out of pocket. He is adamant its not under warranty yet didnt even spend a few minutes to research about since he doesn't seem to know much about the vehicle. How ironic. Because as a Customer, I expect that he has the expertise and the knowledge. He is not willing to research the correct labor codes to find out, but he left that **** on me to call Chevy customer service and maybe find out. He told me to call him if I found out anything. What kind of service expert would do that? He even wants me to use my extended warranty and pay my $200 deductible. Why would I pay if I know its a warranty work. He has very poor communication skills, emailed him some informations about the warranty info but did not reply. He didn’t even call me back the next day as he promised when the repair is done. He just lied and said he texted but never got any text. I will never go back to this dealership and will let all my friends know about this bad experience.

I don't think the Tech did everything that was on the invoice because my tire light came on 2 days after the I picked up the truck And also tire rotation I don't think was done at all The original people is left in salma truck and nothing was filled thou so I so that makes me think he didn't do anything
