Gary was excellent and the text updates were fantastic. But my brake problem was not fixed. I was advised that GM tech line was called to troubleshoot my brake problem but I was told GM does not know how to fix my brake problem.
For that reason I’m NOT satisfied.

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up to the appointment on time and it took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I’m glad that my car was taken care of but two hours is ridiculous for a simple service

Satisfied with the check-in process as this was my first service appointment at MK Smith. Service was done faster than anticipated which was great however didn’t like that the service advisor never approached me after the service was done to discuss diagnostics/recommendations for future service. I asked the cashier and she referred me to a print out that was stapled along with my receipt as some areas were “yellow” and would need to be addressed during the next service appointment.

I don’t need a phone call. I was just disappointed that when I went to get my tire changed I let them know that I just bought my car from there about a week or so ago and I had only 1 valve stem cover. Since I was getting my tire replaced I inquired to see if they would be able to replace them. Seeing how they are small and simple. My tire was changed and no valve stem cover on that tire. Makes me wonder if a small thing like that is looked over what is going to happen when I have something major. I drove from Orange to chino for this. Just something to think about.
