This has been the worst service experience and car buying experience ever. First off I bought two vehicles from your dealership that have Rat damage. Now I have to pay $1,000 in service fees to get these new vehicles fixed. Crazy right? Not to mention the service man basically accused me of having a rat infestation problem! Ahh no, sorry I don’t have a infestation problem I have a problem that I bought two cars that had a mouse or Rat hiding in them and now has caused damage to both of my vehicles probably because they are not finding food in my clean garage. Secondly, my vehicle has been there now for weeks and I go to pick it up and it’s still not ready. The hatch closes but the camera is saying that something is behind my vehicle. So once agin had to leave my vehicle there. When I did try and pick my vehicle up, I paid for service I asked If I could use a coupon and was told no! Strike 3 then I also asked do you guys clean vehicles that are here in service because I just paid 500 dollars and your delivering my vehicle with weeks worth of dust and dirt caked on my car. Service manager says yes we usually do but I guess we didn’t in this case. I guess they forgot a lot in my case, I think the service department needs some new training.
