Service advisor was great.Pickup drop off service was great.Servicing time was excellent. Check off list for On Star was checked operable.On Star has shown the red indicator light for months. I have opted not to have it repaired because diagnostic charge is $175 exclusive of repair charge. On my former 2002 caddy, they upgraded the module free of charge.
