I have been to MK smith Chevy multiple times in the last 3 months and have to keep bringing my vehicle back for the same issue. I have not been pleased with my service during any of these encounters. When picking up my vehicle, the staff was not pleasant and did not provide me with any information or paperwork regarding what was done to my vehicle. This is extremely disappointing as I really enjoy my vehicle and want to support our local dealers, however if these issues continue I will take my business elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair, showed up on time to only be told they don’t have the part and that I would be called back when it was in. I don’t understand why they couldn’t inform me of this before I drove to the dealer and arranged for a friend to meet me there to provide a ride back. Poor planning on the service dept part. Not off to a good start.
