Expected less wait time for a service appointment. My coupons expired last week including the holiday $25 giftcard when I was at your dealership @ 8 am and being told my vehicle would be done " around the better part of the day". Unacceptable. My vehicle service was complete and I had to ask Jennifer to send the paperwork for payment. My time wasted. My discount wasn't applied like she promised. And the technicians couldn't find the key to the wheel lock. She called me about the key and never followed up. I got there from home and she said, go to the service area and ask them. She didn't give me the time to address the the key issue. I may not go there anymore. And I'm looking for a new truck. Your service advisor lost you a sale and future service appointments.

Yes the whole process was awesome. It first started by speaking with Rob from the parts dept. He was friendly and courteous and very helpful with getting a new key fab. He also scheduled the appointment with Gary in service to bring my car in . It was a friendly atmosphere, will definitely be returning for more care services needed for my equinox. Thank you all
