I have have worked with Jennifer on several occasions on my old 2016 Tahoe and now my 2021 Tahoe. I’m really appreciative with her customer service, knowledge of my vehicles, and her very attentive nature! I hope to work with her on all my Chevy needs. I very happy with my service experience at MK Smith but with the only negative feedback being, why don’t I get a complimentary car wash as I do with other dealerships I service my other vehicles?!?!??
