Been there 3 time for the same issue and it still hasn't been fixed

I did not appreciate being told that I needed to flushout my brake fluid that would cost $149.95 when I had it done last year in May 2020 at 124K miles & my current mileage is 133K. I don't believe this to be Mike's fault since it was the mechanic who advised him. Granted that I had it done through another reputable shop but this is concerning to me how the mechanic at MKSmith made the determination that I needed to flushout my brake fluid! When I voiced my concern to one of your managers named Don, he advised me that it was just a recommendation and that there was no way the mechanic would have known that it was just flushedout last year. So this looks like to me that the fluid was never checked and it is just a way of generating more money for your service department. You all realize that we are relying on your expertise to advise us honestly for our service needs to insure that we maintain our car in good service condition but this to me is highly suspect on my part. I was told that I needed to flushout my brake fluid so it was not a recommendation. This could have been presented to me by asking me when was the last time you had the brake fluid flushedout.

and was told that they would call me in the afternoon when my car was finished with the job NO call and my car was kept overnight my tools for work and keys

It would be great if given a specified wait time if I have an appointment. I had an 12 am appointment and the wait was approximately 2 hours had I known I would’ve asked for a lift home
