Years ago I swore I’d never go back to MK Smith after being lied to by a salesman to get me to come back from another dealership. After buying my Cruz from Rotolo Chevy I didn’t have the time to go back there for my free oil changes. The only reason I now keep coming back to MK Smith for service’s is because of Gary’s high quality customer service. He’s the best and because of him and only because of him when I go shopping for a new car for my significant other soon I will possibly go back to your dealership if she wants a Chevy.

My tires were not rotated because they could not find my wheel lock which I understand. I called back and explained to mike the only time the wheel lock was out of my car was the last time your dealership serviced my vehicle. I called several times Mike said he would call me back and never did. The wheel locks are the ones I got on the vehicle when I purchased it. I at least need to purchase a new one.

It took a week to get an appliqué installed because they couldn’t get the correct one. After waiting for a week I show up to pick my vehicle and the part has scratches all over it. The parts manager had to come and try to buff the scratches out to no avail
