We’ve had several bad experiences with MK Smith. We’ve given several opportunities for this dealership to correct themselves and they haven’t. My wife brought our truck in for service on 1/12 @ 1pm for a scheduled appointment. When she arrived, there was no one there to greet her. She attempted to speak to a male advisor, he was apparently too busy to assist her and found it more important for him to continue scheduling his Dr’s appointment on the phone. It wasn’t until another advisor walked by her and asked if she had been helped until she got checked in....She almost just left. It was in for an oil change and complaint for another mechanical issue. There was another customer there dropping off his truck for service and he too, was also upset about service treatment. Without notifying me, our truck was kept over night and was not finished until early in the afternoon. I had to take another day off work because of that. The tech was uncertain as to what might be the problem but speculated transmission or pump issues. I was told his schedule was 3 weeks out for him to really look at it. When my wife went to pick up the truck and pay for everything, she made contact with the girl in the cashiers office. She was Not wearing a face coverings and my wife had to use her purse to cover the small hole **** the cashier spoke. A few weeks ago, I had brought my 2017 ZL1 in for service, they had mistaken it for a SS...Huge difference. When the porter brought me ZL1 up, he left all the paper and plastic coverings still on, I had to have to advisor come remove them. This dealership standards are below average and should be embarrassed to treat customers the my wife and I have been treated. It seems these surveys fall on deaf ears, but I will definitely save it for GM to be aware of.

This review in no way is in regard to Paul. My experience with Paul ended exactly as explained with provided proper expectations and no forced add ons unlike other dealerships. However this complaint/issue is with the way the service department runs their service in general. I made an appointment for 11. While I don't expect my car to be serviced immediately at 11 I do expect it to be serviced in a responsible time. After all what is the purpose of making an appointment? To have an appointment at 11, my car not be taken to the bay waiting area until 12:06 and not completed until 2:15 is completely unacceptable in my opinion. 3 hours after making an appointment....is the same time walks in waited why make an appointment at all?
