I’d like to thank the service tech and advisor for taking care of my 2017 ZL1 camaro. The tech conducted a full vehicle inspection and noticed exposed radial tred wire on my inner passenger front tire. It was approximately 6 inches in length. This clearly could have been catastrophic for me if the tire would have blown. I have since placed my vehicle inoperable until my new tires came in. Considering the type of vehicle, **** tires are generally not readily available and had to be ordered. Keep up the excellent safety inspections for your customers.

No need to call me. I'll let you know what I didn't think was right through here. I had an oil change appointment for 3pm on Monday Nov 30th. I got there and parked and was there waiting for a few minutes, mind you I was the only one there. So, I walked to the first person I saw and asked am I suppose to go to you or you suppose to come to me? He (Gary) didn't really answered just said I'll take care of you. I said ok, we walked to my car after he asked what I was there for and I told him this is my wife's car and she had a few things that she noticed were wrong with the vehicle. I told him what it was a light that flickers and the rear trunk door isn't aligned, when it closes it runs on the side. His immediate response was you have to leave it overnight for that and never said let me see what your talking about. Of course I didn't want to leave it overnight. So now I'm thinking ok they are busy and don't have time today. I went to the lobby to wait and by 3:27 my vehicle was ready. Which was fast, but I thought they had 1 hour and a half to see what my other concerns were. Another thing was and I'm not sure if you guys even wash cars after a service, but mine wasn't. I know other Chevy dealers do even just for an oil change. Anyway it left me not wanting to go back.

Jennifer was professional and provided great customer service. Called when my vehicle was ready for pick up and the cashier was also very friendly and engaging. Wished me a happy Thanksgiving. My issue was the porter handling the vehicle with out gloves or any protection on the steering wheel both times arrival and pick up. I'm sure that my keys and fob were handled in the same manner. He was also friendly and professional. Hopefully management will provide additional Covid training and ensuring that the policies are adhered by staff.
