Jennifer Hunt was very helpful and got me in right away with no appt. I have been bringing my truck here for servicing for a couple years. I ve dealt with Jennifer a few times before as she usually comes right out when I pull io and asks how she can help me. I don't normally take times to write reviews, but I think she should be recognized for her loyalty and work ethic to your team. She should be considered a strong asset I believe from my experiences with her. I am a business owner myself, so I know how important customer service and professionalism is crucial to maintaining a customer base. She also replaced a missing fastener/clip that hols my gas filling hose to the truck body. That was very nice too????

I took my vehicle in for lube,oil and a battery. Overall customer service was great as usual except for when I pick vehicle up and drive away vehicle says change engine oil soon. They didn't reset it, it is something minor but not good for peace of mind also now second guessing if service was actually performed. I planned on driving my vehicle out of town this weekend but decided to cancel plans and reschedule until vehicle is inspected again.

First of all, we were told that the fee for testing and diagnosing our car would go towards the repair. The diagnosis determined that our battery needed to be replaced. We opted to get one from service. At that time we should have been notified that battery would not be an item covered by the "repair". After we paid, we got into our car and our stereo had no sound. No Bluetooth, no radio no sound at all. My husband went back to let Jennifer know and her response was "all mechanics are gone. Bring it back in Monday. Is it after market? Take it to a stereo place". I have a picture of the wire just laying on the battery. Had we not looked that wire could have got caught on something else and possible cause damage. Im not happy with the service at all. We've been taking our car there for years but this will be the last time!

Mike was very helpful and was great to work with. This is no reflection on him at all. However, when I picked my car up there were oil covered fingerprints in multiple spots on my hood. Very very obvious fingerprints. As a car dealership I would think there would be more consideration for the vehicles being serviced. Very disappointing.
