Paul was a complete jerk to my wife. I will follow up with Yelp as well. Maybe if I had a concrete like the lady that pulled up after my wife, she would have been treated with more respect. You lost our future service and car sale business thanks to him. A little reminder to Paul. Treat every customer like it’s your next big sale.

Took my Daughters 2012 Chevy Cruze in for a Special Coverage Warranty on the water pump. Was greeted by Jennifer Hunt the Service Advisor who was very friendly, professional, and listened to what issues the car had. Jennifer kept us informed through out the process and advised us of recommended repairs needed that we considered and went with. Her goal was the safety upkeep of the car for my daughter which was much appreciated. Such an easy process from start to finish.
