Tire rotation was not completed and was part of the job that was promised. Tires were not inflated to recommend psi per manufacturer. Car was not washed either. Really disappointed with the service. Tire rotation is always recommended with an oil change. This is a safety miss on the dealerships part. It was documented on my paperwork as being completed and the tire rotation was not.

Didn’t really appreciate that paid a large amount to get all maintenance service done on the vehicle . They didn’t even do the most basic service “ tire rotation “ do to “small cracks on the Tire thread “ that they were concerned that it might make noise if they rotated them .. I personally thought that was a very low excuse . Since I have never heard of that’s causeing any noise issues to not proceed . Or give me a call regarding the issue which they did not due to being “ too busy “ which we’re words from the service adviser .

I’m far from a Karen, but because I work in customer service, I know what good service should be and how to give it and this was the worst service I’ve ever received in my 27 years of being alive. It would be one thing if I was rude or entitled; It wouldn’t make it right, but I would get it. However, since the moment I stepped through the door, no one even tried or pretended to care about helping me. I stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to greet me or say anything, but the person at the front desk decided talking to the technician was more important than taking 5 seconds to say “I’ll be right with you.” This person proceeded to give me attitude the whole time once they finally decided to pay attention to me and acted like it was my fault they couldn’t find me in the system. They ended up giving me the wrong oil change and I’m not even sure if they put the right oil because no one told me anything about what was going on. They all acted like I was a huge **** to them even though I had an appointment. The only person who had an ounce of respect for me was the lady who took my money. She told me they would pull my car around and I waited outside for a couple minutes and no one showed up. I decided to get the car myself and guess what I found? My car keys sitting nice in pretty on the front seat where anyone could see and take them. Not only that, but they left trash in my car from the tools they used to do whatever it is they did. This experience was so bad that not only did I feel the need to let you know, but I’ll also never give this location business and I’ll tell everyone I know to not do business here either. There’s really no excuse for this treatment as you are not some small mechanics shop who makes their own rules. You’re a corporate dealership where I know they train you how to interact with customers and the fact that only one employee could demonstrate common courtesy is very sad, seeing as it makes your whole company look bad. I’d retrain the employees ASAP before you lose more business and money.

The squeaking noise at the driver side rear door area was not fixed. My service writer said that the mechanic said he could not find the noise after disassembling and reassembling the door. Afterwards he could not hear the squeaking. When I got into my truck and immediately drove over the speed bumps down the alley, the noise was there. When I drove on the street l, the noise was intermittent depending on the road; however, when I drove on Riverside Ave, the noise was almost constant.

I waited for over 2hrs even though I had an appointment. They didn’t do anything to my car or give me any explanation. I’m not even sure they did anything at all. My car is all electric, I purchased it at this location even paid for a extra 3 year warranty I was assured that your service department would be able to take care of all of our needs. I honestly don’t think so. I left feeling like they had no idea what to do with it. All I was told was that I needed new tiers. I feel like the car needs new brakes, windshield wipers, tire rotation but none of that was done or even discussed. Very unhappy with the service
