Tire inspection was part of my service, yet I went home with all 4 tires having less psi than the manufacturer suggests and nothing on my paperwork reflecting that. Why would that be? Why wouldn't they have inflated the tires to spec?

Car runs “terrible“ it rattles when I drive. The motor is not “set “right. It needs adjustment. This is the worst quality service I ever had from MK Smith. You guys replaced and sealed a leak underneath the car and you replaced a motor mount. I had additional work as well. The brakes, sqeek , pedal makes noise and feels spungy when I step on the brake. The car “kicks” into gear when I accelerate . It never did that before. I brought my car in feeling and running like a new car ,and it definitely did not feel like that, when I picked the car up. I will be bringing my car back on Saturday, to discuss the problem and the dissatisfaction. Sincerely, Michael M

Overall, it was satisfactory. What would have made me completely satisfied was to have been kept informed of the status of the repairs. I was told a shuttle would pick me up when it was ready, I called about 3:30p after not being contacted, except for an email where I asked for a status update. After not getting a response from that email, I called and was told the shuttle was no longer available so I was transferred to my service representative who said the car wouldn’t be ready until the following day. Fortunately I didn’t need the car. The following day, at around 12:30p I called again to get an update and was told they were test driving and would let me know if it would be ready, which they did call back later to confirm it was ready. I would suggest better proactive communication to make it a more enjoyable experience. Thank you.

I’m happy with Jennifer’s service, just not happy that with an appt it took 3 hours and I noticed my car was out front. Nobody had called me, my paperwork was buried at the cashier. She even called Jennifer for it since I went over and asked why my car had been out front 15 min and I wasn’t called. Jennifer told her it was there.
