It bothers me that you would even send a canned question like this to a client who has been lied to multiple times. I have had my car in your facility since Sept 8th multiple times and to date I am not sure if anything has ever been done to my car. I am still waiting on a call back on a part that twice has been just one day away. Unless you are the GM of the company I’m not sure I can possibly believe a word that is said to me. I have been lied to again and again for truly no reason. Stop wasting customers time. I and my employees are in disbelief you are still in business. I expect this to be made right. Please call at ****-****-xxxx to make arrangements for this to be corrected.

Customer service was not the best. Waited over 24 hours for a tire estimate and we received no call about status of vehicle until after 9 am the next morning. I was told the car maybe needed overnight but I heard nothing until next day. When I picked up my vehicle I had to bring to Mike's attention that it sounded like a tractor inside. Which it never had before. He took to the back and they took out papers that fell into vehicle when installing air filter. Crazy! If I would have not said anything it would have stayed that way. You guys should have noticed! also this evening the lights on my dash went black while driving. I'm going to need to get that checked out because it was not doing that. Maybe he was having a bad day but he did not want to be there helping me at that time... sad, and I was just telling a coworker about my experience with Gary. He should be in the back office and not the first person a customer sees! I mean that with all my heart! I’m not one to talk negatively about others but it was horrible. After my Friday appointment to get a recall fixed with y’all I will be going to Mark Christopher from that point on, because of Gary.
Sorry just my first impression. Like I said maybe he got some bad news that morning???

It took a longer time than it should have to get a smog check. Mike tried to get it done, but explained they were really busy. The appointment system should have taken care of an overload, but it didn’t. My appointment was at 7:00am and it took more than 2 1/2 hours. Perhaps more trained technicians would help.

Service was Excellent as usual. I paid from my phone and assumed my truck would be brought right out. The text I received said:

I waited about 40 minutes before I asked about it. I was told I needed to see the casheer. It would be helpful if the reply text said to see casheer.
Great service, very professional staff and I will be back again.
