Jennifer was fantastic. This car breakdown happened with me hundreds of miles from home and on the way to the cemetery to bury my stepfather. Jennifer got my car in to service within minutes to see if there was a way to fix it quickly and get me back on the road. When they didn’t work should helped me look for other options to try and get me to the services. She kept me updated daily on what was going on with the car, and when I needed to retrieve some items from the car a little after the dealership closed she stuck around to help me out. When the original diagnosis of failed air compressor was as not an issue, she immediately let me know that would not need to be replaced. She got my car fixed in just a few days and gave me some discounts based on my veteran status. This has been the best service I have received at any Chevrolet dealer! I will seriously consider bringing my car up there for any major service I need in the future. Sincere thanks to Jennifer for helping me in my hour of need.

Last time I brought in my car to be serviced, the tech broke off the cap, on 5 lugs on the drivers side, which I didnt notice til later that day. When I called the service writer, he told me to bring my car in when I can leave it. Well I dont have that kind of time unfortunately, so I wait for my next service which was the other day, but I went to Gary instead of the other guy. I told Gary about the lugs and he just looked at me and didn't say anything. When I picked up my car, the lugs were the same. Is there any way that I can get this taken care of, without having to leave my vehicle there?

I have a Ford F-150 that was purchased in your dealership. I was told I could service it there. When I got there the person who took care of me told me they don’t service Fords over there. That’s not what you want to hear when you go to service your truck for the first time at the same place where it was purchased.

Just feels like everyone was stressed out. The service agent then say hi. He just asked me for the key. When car was done didn't explain anything about the service. I'm sure he's a nice guy but he was overworked or stressed or both. cashier was not overly friendly but was just doing her job. The ushers who greeted me were nice.
