14 days to complete my vehicle repairs. I understand that shipping items takes longer these days, but I have to pay all the extra days for a rental. I would have rather had my car diagnosed with the proper repairs, then allowed to take my car home until the parts were in. Now I'm out a lot of cash for the rental because my warranty only covers 7 days. I understand unforseen circumstances, but I think this was a little over the top. Gary was easy to deal with during the whole process at least. Kept me in the loop and helped as much as he could.

Even after 5 years of being a dedicated customer, they couldn't alter procedure to stop putting other jobs ahead if mine. Went in for software updates and coolant refill but was told I had carbon deposits and dirty throttle body so something I feel should have been under warranty ended up costing me over $400, btw , software update was free. The last experience I had was truly awful, I went in for electric steering update and I was called up twice telling me my car was ready, both times , steering was still faulty , after the third time it was repaired but funny thing though , I never got an email like you sent me one today asking how my experience was ? MK knew that they screwed me, so they knew I wasn’t going to say anything positive about that! I just feel like my wallet was lightened $400 to clear the codes!

The service was good, my vehicle was repaired as expected. The miscommunication was disappointing as I arrived 10 minutes past your closing time of 5pm. Your service hours were posted that service closes at 6pm. I had to beg your employees to make contact with the service technician to allow them to release the vehicle to me. If I didn’t push the issue I would have had to find a ride home because I dropped off the vehicle before I started my shift. Your employee was ready to let me walk away without attempting to resolve the issue. A courtesy reminder of adjusted hour change would have allowed me to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle earlier. Thanks
