Very disappointed. Dropped off my truck and had to wait for loaner car. We came in right at 459 and everything was closed but Jennifer was waiting. Never went over my veh or what was done. No paper work. Even had Javier on board but really no follow up from either one. Javier wanted a good survey completed and asked if everything was ok. My text back was “not really” He asked but I didn’t and couldn’t text then. My touch up paint was added but should have been buffed out or wet sandpapered to smooth out. I had a couple questions on an accessory and paint but didn’t want to hold her from closing up.

The communication between Mike Lara and I was non existent. I left my car there with the expectation that I would be updated on the status of my vehicle periodically and instead I was left with no communication on your end. I called multiple times only to be told I had to speak with Mike Lara in order to get any type of updates on my vehicle, they transferred me multiple times and he never once picked up the call. I was extremely frustrated with my experience and the lack of communication from you guys. No one was willing to help me out when Mike did not answer the phone. I even asked someone to stop the service That was being done on my vehicle so I could leave and all he did was transfer me to mikes phone who again did not answer!! I live in downtown Los Angeles and I was adamant about only bringing my vehicle here because it’s the only place I trusted with my car but I will never be back after this experience. I feel completely let down.

Fernando quoted me $900-$1400 for the job and then said $3000. The parts did not cost what he wrote. I buying g the parts from another more honest Chevy dealer for $108 each not $400 each. Made me pay $155 for something I told him I already knew was the issue. Scam to get $. Probably didn't even look at it. Never going there again and will warn others!

I had scheduled a routine maintenance appointment. When I checked in with the Service Representative, Mike, he recommended I get the 30k Mike combustion chamber cleaning, which he said my vehicle would take a couple of hours. I agreed to the maintenance. The routine was completed within 35 minutes, at which time my car was parked off the line for over a hour and a half. Not until I question Mike as to why nothing was being done, did they move my car back on the line. There it sat for another 45 minutes and then performed the cleaning and parked it back off the line. Not until I approached Mike did he close out my repairs. 3 1/2 hrs for a maintenance that suppose to be only 2 hrs.
