Issues from the first visit left me upset with 4 issues.
On 2nd visit, I am glad they fixed the dent and paint on my car. I am glad they put radiator fluid in my car. I am glad they put air in the tires. And I am glad they put the lube additive that GM recommends.
I think that if you want people to come back, you should do the service correctly the first time.
My partner said there was something special for the differential when he made the appointment and I told the first service writer before Gary that there was some special lube to go in the case. Then Gary got there and I mentioned the lube
I spent all.day emailing Ms. Hendricks about the ordeal. Both she and Gary came back and said I needed to ask for the additive. I paid double for the work at a GM Service to make sure it was right. I was left with low tire pressure, low coolant, no additive and dent with paint missing off my car.
I felt like. I was blamed for not using the word additive. I took a pix of the owners manual and Ms. Hendricks never responded again after saying my partner and I asked for the special lube.
I think your service writers and techs need training. Did I have a bubble after the radiator fluid change or a leak?
Thank you for your time letting me vent.
I know nothing about dealerships but it does that it's a cattle call these days.

I am completely satisfied with the service department and how they handled my transactions and issues with my car.
However I do need to bring this to your attention for customers and your protection. The cashier who was helping me today, did not wear any masks and licking her fingers and used it to turn a number of pages on my reciept. There were no hand sanitizer found, so I am a bit nervous recieving receipts back from her.
It happened too fast and you were already closing that I did not have a chance to tell her or any supervisor.
I hope she is not sick as I am asthmatic and has preexisting conditions.
Be well and please cover this with her. This virus is serious and people can die, she needs to take this seriously.

My only issue was not with the service being done to my truck. I have issues with it being hit while there. Yes, you did send it to the body shop, then I had to take it back to the body shop to have the color fixed and orange peel paint fixed. Don't need a call back, just take more care of vehicles. $65000 truck takin in with no scratches. Then had this happen.
