My car was at your service department almost 4 weeks. I picked up my car today and the issue I was having was not taken care of. My car still has the same issue. Also, my car was given to me completely filthy. I'm a Mark Christopher customer and was referred to you by family members whom have purchased several vehicles at MK. However; I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. I don't understand what was done to my car because the issue is still present. Very disappointed in MK Smith!!!

My final paperwork had no information regarding the checks done on my vehicle. I know nothing about car maintenance and usually show the paperwork to my husband so he can review. When he reviewed this time it only showed items 3-6 that were to be done. No recommendations, information, no clue why even bother giving me paperwork. If it can be emailed to me at that would be great. RO#6104393

I was surprised that your service department authorized mobil1 esp 0w40 for my camaro 1ss first oil change. Mike was helpful and professional in all communication. He offered shuttle service but I declined it because my residence is only a 15 minute walk. I purchased my 2020 camaro from Montebello Chevrolet. I'll definitely be purchasing my wife's traverse from No Smith.

I am still having issues .... I had a new motor put into my car ... when I picked up my car my windshield had a pretty large crack in it that was not there when I dropped my car off ....I have had my car for 1 day now and the check engine light just went on ... along with my remote start with my key is not working either ... I spend a lot of money putting the new motor in and I’m pretty disappointed with the outcome ... I spoke to Fernando about the crack in my windshield and he just told me there wasn’t anything he could do about it .... on top of that my car sat outside for 2-3 weeks and they didn’t even bother to wash it I am a live long chevrolet customer. I also own a camaro. And have previously purchased an s-10 and Silverado from this dealer. Never had a bad experience here until now and am extremely disappointed with my most recent experience.
