Not satisfied while making the appointment never we're we informed their was a two day backup. When dropping the vehicle Mike never mentioned anything about the two day backup. The original complaint was the front rotors show severe scratches on both. Having the experience of being a mechanic and working on cars never ist that wear normal. We have experienced a dealer stating a issue is normal. My sister purchased a new vehicle and a few weeks it started burning motor oil. We went with the process and we're told it was normal. After having multiple vehicles and never experienced that on a new vehicle. Three years later and having it service by dealer they finally replaced the defective engine.With the dealer failing to notify me until I followed up with the service l was informed about the two day backup. My vehicle had not even been looked at after dropping it off at eight in the morning. The vehicle wasn't looked at until speaking with a Manager. I owned a 2016 traverse with 47k miles and brakes were original and hand no damage tao any of the rotors. I don't agree with the rotors are normal but a defective set. Thank you for your assistance.

Last time I had my oil change they use synthetic oil which was around $122 this time they use a basic oil change$ 59 which I talk to somebody there and they said that it was a mobile type oil which is a synthetic type of oil I just don't know if my car should have had the higher price synthetic oil in it and there oilon different parts of the exterior paint
