The staff and service at mk smith was awesome, the shuttle service they provided was great,they took my car to get a transmission diagnostic because i had some corcerns about it, but they found no issues and everything was fine. I did get a transmission oil change, because it was due.I would definetly recommend mk smith chevrolet.

My wife brought our suburban in for a simple oil change. The service tech left grease smears on the front fenders, the door, the inside leather glove box, door panel and window trim. In a huge hurry and left our clean white suburban looking terrible with grease smears. Easy to see and clean up on summit white paint. But they didn’t. Would have been better off going to the Grand Ave car wash/oil change. They keep the vehicles clean and clean up after themselves. For a Chevy dealership to do this to long time customers vehicles is ridiculous. We will be going elsewhere for servicing from now on.

My service included checking the tire pressure. I know they did not check it due to my tire pressure being below the standard psi. Makes me wonder what else didn’t they check on my service visit. I stopped going to Puente Hills Chevy for bad service and not giving a crap about their customers. I will give you guys the benefit of the doubt this time but will be keeping my eye out going forward when I get my service here again. Jennifer was outstanding though, need more people like her in this business!!!!
