In over 25 year’s as a insurance agent, a collision repair never took 2 months to complete, it felt as though it was MKs service representatives first insurance experience. It was very trying. My car was not inspected before it was delivered to me this morning, I had to bring to the service person attention that my vehicle was not repaired correctly, before my car was then back into the shop. I felt like it is a habit to just say there are no rentals available before a true effort is put forth to check and try to accommodate me as the customer paying over $3k to the service department.
