I didn't get my back up camera issue looked at simply because it has different back up lights installed. I can assure there is no relation between the two.

I made an appointment and brought my vehicle for a recall repair. They have service drive thru lanes but I waited for so long that I got out if my car to inquire on what the drop off and service procedures where but I was initially ignored.
Finally I was assisted and left my car for 5 hours.
I received a call my vehicle was ready and I came for it but AGAIN I was ignored and had to remind the valet that I saw people before me and after me receive their cars.
Bothered I called the nearest service manager for some help, he asked who my service manager was, so he can tell at them. I said does it matter who my do called service manager is
I AM A CUSTOMER! JUST HELP ME GET MY CAR AND LEAVE. THANK YOU.
BAD SERVICE. GO ELSE WHERE.

Jennifer Hunt was perfect. My only complaint is that I was scheduled for my truck to be seen 9 am and was not seen until the afternoon. I wasted my entire day there until I finally got approved at 2:40 pm for a rental car. I didn't get out of your shop until 3 pm. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment time if it is only going to be ignored. If you were not going to see my truck until the afternoon let me know ahead of time. That was absolutely ridiculous.

After the second time in for the same problem, the car now appears to be fixed so far. My main issue was the lack of communication. I understand that things can get busy, but after making an appointment a week ahead of time, I brought it in so they could keep it overnight as the problem was most evident when cold started. After not hearing anything by about 2:00 the next day, I called and found out that they hadn’t even started on it yet. I understand things happen, but communicate that to the customer. Anyway hopefully the car is now fixed.
