I dropped off my car for an oil change at 9 am without an appointment and was told it would be done by 1-2pm I waited till about 1:16 then called asking for an update and was told it would done in 45 mins then I got a ride to the dealership at 2:18 checked the service department for my cars paper work and they said to wait for 10 minutes so I go sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes till about 2:30ish then go check again still no paperwork so I go outside and see my car finally in like to get the work done on it but by this time I have work in 15 minutes at 3:00 so I had to ask for car back without any work done on it and drive over to my job

I picked up my 2021 white Chevy Tahoe z71 on Tuesday April 6 and I had grease still on the fender and rear of the car. I know the car was dirty and messy but a little wipe down of the grease would have been nice. Then when I got home and washed the car I noticed a scratch and dent on the rear center of the bumper and the scratch looked like it may have been touched up because it was painted white. It’s not a surface scratch, it’s deep and I know I have never touched it up with any paint.

Paul’s always good but the cashier and checkout has been a problem. They don’t have the paperwork and coupons reflected. Today was a long line and we were told to find paul and get the paperwork. That’s not our job and the line and people were understandably upset and wanted their vehicles. Need to improve that process.
