Oscar was great. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic didn’t rotate my tires and now I have to come back to get my service completed. This is an inconvenience and very disappointing. I have to spend an hour of my day driving to and from your location on top of having to wait for the rotation to be completed. There are plenty of other dealerships that can get the requested work done right, the first time.

I wanted a diagnostic as to why my truck was cutting out on cold starts. I advised them that a disconnect my battery cables due to my truck being broken into and almost stolen. Every time I connect the battery cables and start my truck, it dies about 3 times when putting it into drive until it warms up. So what the tech did wS simply start my truck with the cables still connected at which time it didn't die. So ultimately I will not disconnect my battery cables which gave me a little more comfort along with 2 clubs. So 70.00 later with no diagnosis and forgetting to give me an oil change, nothing was resolved. It should be noted that I rarely drive my truck that's why disconnecting my battery wasn't an issue. And they left their foot booties on my floorboard. It was explained to me that with no engine light or anything on, the problem could not be identified. I thought that was rather strange being a professional dealership service department.
