Christian was great, he was very accommodating and personable. My issue is setting an appointment for something and then having to wait way longer than necessary. The reason for an appointment is to get a service done at the time set, dealerships always take on more than they can handle in a single hour creating unnecessary wait times for something as simple as an oil change.

Christian was great. The service was done early enough that my wife was able to use the car to take to work. We are completely confused as to why the same car had an oil change, along with a multi-point inspection on 2/22/21 and it was brought to our attention that the battery was showing signs it was going to need replacing soon. We brought the car in for service today because my wife was thinking she was seeing changes to battery response time in starting up the car. Our multi-point check today showed there were no issues with the battery. Which of these service dates are we to believe the results from?

I made an appointment to get an oil change only. When I got there, I was told 2 hours. It took 3.5 hours. I had to find my technician and ask what's going on. My vehicle was returned to the front bay for 30 minutes and he never came out to finish it. The invoice was sitting in his bin. He knew I was waiting for it. Also, after promising me 2 hours, I noticed on the invoice that he promised me 5pm. I was very disappointed in the service. I didnt get a copy of invoice to say what my vehicle needs next for maintenance. He told me verbally but I forgot what he said. I won't go back. It's 10 minutes away.
