When I arrived I showed my coupon provided to me via the app, in which my vehicle information is registered. Paul advised me to show the coupon to the cashier when paying to honor the price. When I payed for my vehicle the cashier said she was unable to honor my coupon. She called Paul, in which he completely declined my coupon. This is no way to treat a customer who thought they were a valued customer. This will be my last vehicle purchase or services rendered at your location. Glad you got your money.

Not pleased at all!!!!! My truck was rushed to have the oil changes after a whole day at your service center!! Your service manager was really apologetic for this mishap.
But, when I got home I noticed a dent on my driver's side door, not big but big enough to notice it!!! Your service tech (if you can call him/her that) must have hit my door with a tool in their hand or the lift.
I purchased my vehicle from you and always planned on having your dealership service it! I really had high hopes for your dealership and service center! I live in Upland and I have a dealership right down the street. But, I chose to stay with you. What a big mistake!!!! I will never purchase a truck or recommend anyone to your dealership.
Please understand that Don was really gracious about the oil change and he should not bear the fault of your tech!!!!!! He couldn't have known about the damage to my truck, only the tech!!!

My vehicle was said to be ready 7/9/21 as I dropped it off at 12:30pm that day.
I did not get a call my vehicle was ready until the following day. I attempted to call at 5:30pm only to find the service dept was closed.
Communication needs to be better and updates on vehicle. This ruined my evening plans due to not having vehicle

You guys went ahead and did the service to my vehicle without consulting me without me knowing how much the labor was going to be, is it not correct you were supposed to give me a price on how much labor and parts will be so I can authorize the work to be done ? well that never happened I got a price for the part but never the grand total for the labor so for that reason I’m completely dissatisfied, and due to that an attorney might be contacting somebody there because of the actions that were made. Again no authorization on the labor because no price was given to me prior to the work being completed.

Made my initial appointment for June 30, arrived and check in my vehicle. After 2 hours of waiting was called to be informed that MK Smith did not have the oil filter for my vehicle so no work would be done until that part came in. Jennifer apologized and helped me reschedule my appointment for July 7th. No issues with my oil change today so that went well.
