Hello, thank you for asking for my opinion about the service I received. I left the dealership having three issues. Number one, when I turned my car in for service, I provided two sets of keys which worked perfectly fine. When I pick my car up, only one set of keys worked. The technician put notes on the paperwork that one set of keys wasn't working but Paul did not understand what the technician was saying. I tried working the keys but they were bunched together so the car unlocked and locked, and the engine started. It was not until I returned home that I tried using the set of keys separately finding that one set did not work. Secondly, Paul seemed High Strung, very rushed, and rude; almost a bully mentality. As people talked to him, he cut them off, and appeared to be very frustrated with any questions that are asked of him. I witnessed him interact with the cashier. He was very rude, disparaging, and very short with her; talking to her as though she were a child. The cashier continue to be very professional, and kind to him. Number three oh, when I brought my car to your dealership it was clean and spotless. When I pick my car up, it was filthy and dirty. It look like somebody drove through the desert during a sand storm. Perhaps these issues are of no concern and are okay with this dealership, but I can say that I will not return there for any further service other than to get my keys fixed.

I was told it would take approx 2 hours for oil change, replace wiper blades, and to fix airbag recall issue. It still took 2 hours but without recall issue being even started. I was told part was not in. I scheduled this service weeks in advance and even specified i was there to resolve the recall issue. I was very unsatisfied with the wait on top of not getting recall issue resolved. With means another wait to get appointment and other day without vehicle

Gary was very helpful, he made sure job was done quickly. Entire staff was very friendly, I will recommend to all my family and friends!

Jennifer was very professional as soon as we got there she took care of us. My wife and I dropped it off and she gave us a call when it was ready to be picked up. Also the vehicle is done in about an hour and a half awesome customer service.

Took my vehicle for an Oil Change, and it came back out with a noise underneath the vehicle. Took it back to have it looked at, and I was told a tray was loose and that it was fixed. They test drove my car and said they couldn’t ID the sound I described. Right when I picked it up again, I heard the noise. I don’t understand how Oscar Najera and staff could not hear it. Anyway, dissatisfied with this last service.

She is knowledgeable and attentive to the needs of my truck. .
