I’ve had a few ups and downs the last few years but it’s getting better. They have told me some disappointing responses but they have resolved. For the most part the service and support is great but may need some improvement. They have to remember we are the customers and depend on them to take care of our vehicles. We can go somewhere else but they are 2nd to none and hope they mean it and stand by their services...

They scheduled me for a service on a holiday which mk smith service was closed. I live an hour away and had to leave my car and get a ride back. My car lasted 3 days at deaership. And on top of that they were charging me for extra services which warranty was still covering.
