It seemed the service department tried hard to do their best in finding the solution in which I came in for. I guess when we drive out of town in June we will find out for sure if the wind sound was corrected and no longer exist.

Jennifer did a very good job in keeping me updated as to the status of repairs via phone, text &
email.
The dealer does need to hire another 15A tech due to the volume for this type of repairs that they have.
The repairs took 2.5 days; day 1 too diagnosis & order the part, day 2 to install the part upon part arrival. Day 2 , the tech was unable to install the part due to his daily workload & run out of time.
I took the vehicle back on day 3 to have the part installed. The truck was there only 1/2 day to complete the repair when called by the service advisor. This was a warranty repair.
