Since I first called. Jennifer Hunt was very polite and prompt to get me an appointment and answer all my questions. Got my truck in an out which was very nice since I use my truck for work. I'm very please with the service....thanks.

Was told 2 to 3 hours, but it took from 915 am on monday to 10am Tuesday. My husband stopped on monday on his way home from work about 430 to pick up vehicle and was told it was not done. Was told today someone called in sick and they were short. I can appreciate that, but would have appreciated it more if I was informed on monday so my husband would not have wasted his time stopping.

My service was excellent , today I brought my car in for a oil change tire rotation and all point check for 24,000 miles.My service writer agent was Oscar Najere . He gave excellent customer service. He explained what they would be doing today. I am totally happy with service from MK Smith Chevrolet in Chino.
