Overall it wasn’t the typical positive experience that I’ve had with this service department. It came down to small details such as not being notified that my vehicle was ready, not receiving requested paperwork, finding the oils change sticker on the floor of my car along with a steering wheel cover stuffed in my cup holder when picking up my vehicle, etc.

Scheduled an oil change and was in and out in about an hour. Very prompt.

Oscar did an excellent job and kept me informed of the progress regarding my vehicle. Besides me having to wait for the shuttle for approximately 45 minutes before I could go home, this visit went berry smooth.

As always, Jennifer provides awesome customer service! However, I was very unsatisfied with the quality of service provided by the technician or technicians who worked on my vehicle. I brought my 2014 Cadillac ELR in for an oil change, just an oil change. This car is in pristine condition and is spotless!!! All I wanted was an oil change, not for them to mess with the tires. For some reason they routed through my center console to find the socket for the lug-nuts to my wheels. In an attempt to rotate the tires? One look at the car and you’ll see the rims and tires are staggered. Then they left it in the cup holder instead of putting it back where it came from. I don’t even put drinks in that cupholder let alone a freaking socket!!! Again, I just wanted the oil changed on the car! Apparently, they checked the tire pressure as well. I only know this because the valve caps on the car were not the same ones I brought the car in with (they are now miss matched) I noticed this when I got home and did a quick detail on the car before I covered it in my garage. In addition, before I left the dealership I opened the hood of my car to inspect the engine bay making sure they cleaned up after themselves while performing the oil change. And to my disappointment I noticed they had dripped oil all over the engine cover and spilled other fluids on the core support of the car and did not even bother to clean it up. This type of sloppy workmanship and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. This is the first time I have brought this car to your service department and it will probably be the last. Jennifer was awesome! The guys moving my truck around drove it to the exit ready for paperwork and me to leave then drove it back to a stall nothing being done to it then around the building in a parking spot just sitting there just to make me wait a lot longer. I didn’t appreciate the games drivers were playing, I hope to have better experience when I go back!
