Upon arrival no one asks if you need help. You just stand there looking at staff in hopes they ask how they can help...not at all. It almost feels like I'm coming in to place where it my pleasure to take in my car and not the other way around. I bought 2 cars from this place....I would do better in making sure anyone who set foot inside my business was attended to immediately. I know you can do better...I have hopes
