She seemed very new and untrained .... I asked about the idle of my car and she said she has never heard of a part called an idle. She also wrote down my vin number incorrectly and said that I never prepaid for service when I purchased my car and your dealership. She had to double check the vin to figure out what her mistake was. Over all it seems like she needs more training.

We are so grateful for the amazing service we received at Monrovia Subaru. They were so kind and helpful when we dropped off our car. Our car’s transmission went out and they gave us a new Forester to drive home and use until our car was repaired. Our transmission serviceman was an expert and knew of Subaru’s warranty.
