It was a great experience. I was able to have the 6,000 mile maintenance done and the recall all in one visit. No waiting and the work was done within the estimated time.

I was happy that my issue with my battery was an easy fix. Steven was professional as well as friendly. The Lyft service Sierra offers was a relief, I was picked up and in my home with 15 minutes of drop off. I was notified my repair was complete by a call from Steven and the Lyft driver arrived to take me back to my CrossTrek within 4 minutes of his call. Amazingly smooth experience. I don’t understand their logic in wanting to sell me 4 tires for them to be able to align the front!! Two good tires in front were enough for a car that has 18 months and 18900 miles on it. We took the car without having it aligned.
