I was very pleased with Mike. He was very helpful throughout the 3 days honda had my car. He kept me in the loop and informed through the process, while setting me up with a rental.
I am however extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my service. With 3k worth of repairs under my extended Warranty to my AC, my drivers seat was damaged upon pickup. I actually noticed the damage when I had to get my car seat base from the car when I picked up the rental on day 2. I called and mentioned it to the advisor but it was not looked into bc he was busy. I pointed it out upon pick up bc I KNOW that the side of my seat was not CRUSHED when I dropped it off. Mike got the service manager who asked me to bring it back to be looked at AFTER HAVING MY CAR 3 DAYS to have someone look at the upholstery for "wear and tear". I am an honest person and can point out all the minor damage/wear and tear/stains to the vehicle. This was not like this when I dropped it off Wednesday , its crushed! I will bring it back in, as requested but this is an inconvenience. I would like to speak to a manager.
