I was told I needed a wheel alignment. I said the last time I had service they did a wheel alignment. He said he have them align it again. Yet, wheel alignment showed as future service. Service manager was not there at check out and I couldn't question about alignment.
I was also told I needed engine and cabin air filters. I said yes and change the two filters. Which I didn't asked the cost because I didn't think air filters could cost that much. To my surprise, the cabin filter cost $47 and cabin filter was $74. I learned not to have any service done unless I ask for the price.

I am impressed that Nathan was able to follow up with what could have been an awkward circumstance. When I made the appointment for a relatively small job, a representative on the phone provided me with the pricing for the work. In reality, the work should have amounted to more than was was the quote. Nathan worked hard to “make it right”. I’ll definitely be back for all our Honda’s service needs.
