I asked if they could rotate the tires like Midas, McFall Tire, Greulich’s and others do with the full synthetic oil change, and for the same price of $49. I was told it would be an extra $19 for tire rotation. Across the street at Big O tire, they’ll do a complimentary tire rotation. Now I have to make another appointment with them for tire rotation, unless you’re willing to do it complimentary.

I was perfectly happy with Nathan but my overall experience was not up to the standards I have come to expect from Surprise Honda. I was shocked to see that masks and social distancing were not in place. And I have never had to wait so long to be acknowledged at this dealership. I do hope this was a one time thing and not the new normal.
