Two months ago I broke my shoulder. Nathan finished discussing the services that were completed today and said my vehicle was being washed and would be in the drive shortly. Since it would be quite difficult for me to wash the front windshield I asked if that could be completed for me. He said they typically don’t include that with the wash but he would personally complete that for me. It’s these little touches that makes customers return to surprise Honda. Thank you Nathan.
