He was not very helpful and cooperating... He did not match the arrowhead Honda oil change coupon... He wanted us to replace all four tires and when we consulted and specialized tire company they suggested replacing only one... He also did not want to replace a part that was covered under warranty at first then asked the manager and it was covered under warranty... most likely I would not come back here again to surprise Honda and will take my business elsewhere
