The wrong parts were ordered for our warranty work. We bring the van in from Wickenburg, and we wasted a trip, fuel, time, etc. to then find out the work could not be done as scheduled.
Once the work was done, we had to make a second trip to pick up the van. It appears the warranty work was done satisfactorily once the proper parts had been received.
Needless to say, we were disappointed that warranty work was needed inside 2 months of vehicle ownership.
