We purchased our vehicle at Surprise Honda and have had all our service done there. We usually have David as our service rep, but today we had Mike. Mike seemed completely bothered by every question we asked and inconvenienced by having our car serviced today. We picked up our car afterwards and the car wash job was terrible. Soap and streaks were across the entire car and we just had it professionally washed days ago. We returned and asked for it to be rewashed. We will find a new company to get our car service done as we most likely will not be returning to your dealership.
