Nathan is not the problem. I will be calling on Tuesday to speak with the Service Manager. I would call on Monday, but it’s Memorial Day. I’ve been bringing my 2014 CRV to Surprise Honda for about 3 years and I’ve always been pleased with the services I received. This is the first time that I’m not pleased and need to discuss with the Service Manager ... not with Nathan.

My chief complaint is NO ONE was wearing a face mask or practicing physical distancing! I have asthma and am at high risk so I definitely will not be back until you guys follow CDC guidelines!!
